Es sind mehrere Schichten von Mahlwalzen und Mahlringen installiert, und das Material f\u00e4llt zuerst zwischen die oberste Mahlwalzen und Mahlringe. Zwischen der auf dem Mahlwalzenhalter montierten Mahlwalze und der Stiftwelle besteht ein gro\u00dfer beweglicher Spalt. Wenn das Material durch den Spalt zwischen Mahlwalze und Mahlring passt, wird es durch die Wirkung von Aufprall, Extrusion und Mahlen zerkleinert. Wenn das Material durch die mehrschichtigen Mahlwalzen und Mahlringe von oben nach unten passiert, wird es mehrfach gemahlen. Unter der Wirkung der Schwerkraft f\u00e4llt das zerkleinerte Material auf die Gro\u00dfmaterialschale am Boden und wird in den Luftstromkanal geworfen, wobei es durch den Luftstrom in den Klassifizierungsbereich oben gebracht wird; das Klassifizierungsrad sortiert das Pulver, und das feine Pulver, das die Qualit\u00e4tsanforderungen erf\u00fcllt, passiert das Klassifizierungsrad und gelangt in das Staubabsaugsystem, w\u00e4hrend das grobe Material an die Innenseite des Umlenkrings geworfen wird und zur\u00fcck in den Zerkleinerungsbereich
