Er erzielt die gew\u00fcnschte Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe durch den Aufprall der hochdrehenden Messer und den hinter ihnen erzeugten Hochgeschwindigkeitswirbel. Der Turbo Mill produziert weniger Feinanteile als das Flie\u00dfbettm\u00fchlen, was zu einer scharfen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung f\u00fchrt, und verbraucht weniger Energie.<\/p><p>Es werden konische Rotoren und Statoren verwendet, und der Abstand zwischen Rotor und Stator kann eingestellt werden; das kraftvolle Wirbelstr\u00f6mungsfeld erm\u00f6glicht eine lineare Geschwindigkeit des Rotors von bis zu 120 m\/s, was besonders geeignet ist f\u00fcr die Dispersion, Reduktion und Zerkleinerung von verklumpten Materialien.
