Es entfernt saure Schadstoffe im Rauchgas durch chemische Adsorption. Gleichzeitig kann es auch einige anorganische und organische Spurstoffe durch physikalische Adsorption entfernen. Das feine Natriumbicarbonat-Pulver wird direkt in das Hochtemperatur-Rauchgas gespr\u00fcht, und das Natriumbicarbonat zerf\u00e4llt bei hoher Temperatur, um Natriumcarbonat Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>, H<sub>2<\/sub>O und CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p><p>NaHCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00a0+ HCl \u2192 NaCl + H<sub>2<\/sub>O + CO<sub>2<\/sub><br \/>2NaHCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00a0+ SO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0+ \u00bd O<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0\u2192 Na<sub>2<\/sub>SO<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0+ H<sub>2<\/sub>O + 2CO<sub>2<\/sub><br \/>NaHCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00a0+ HF \u2192 NaF + H<sub>2<\/sub>O + CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/p><p>In der Regel liegt die Temperatur des Rauchgases zwischen 140 und 250 \u00b0C. Aufgrund der hohen Aktivit\u00e4t der Natriumbicarbonat-Adsorbentien ist in der Regel ein leichter \u00dcberschuss an Natriumbicarbonat (st\u00f6chiometrischer Faktor zwischen 1,1 und 1,3) ausreichend.<\/p><p>Aufgrund von Transport und Lagerung bestehen die Rohstoffe f\u00fcr Natriumbicarbonat meist aus groben Partikeln (D50-Wert etwa 200 Mikrometer). Um eine h\u00f6here Reaktivit\u00e4t zu erreichen, muss das Adsorbens eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere spezifische Oberfl\u00e4che haben. Daher muss das Natriumbicarbonat vor dem Einspritzen in die Rauchgasleitung auf eine bestimmte Feinheit gemahlen werden. Zum Beispiel muss die Feinheit des Natriumbicarbonats zur Entfernung von SO<sub>2<\/sub>D90 &lt;20\u03bcm erreichen; und zur Entfernung von HCl ist nur D90 &lt;35\u03bcm erforderlich. Wenn das System richtig betrieben wird, kann es mehr als 951 TPD SO<sub>2<\/sub>entfernen; die Entfernung von HCl kann sogar 991 TPD
