Mischr\u00e4umen. Hochgeschwindigkeitsrotation erzeugt einen starken Wirbelstrom in diesen speziell geformten R\u00e4umen. Pulver und Beschichtungsstoff werden im Hochgeschwindigkeits-Gas-Feststoff-Wirbelstrom gemischt. Die Beschichtungsmaschine mit Funktionen sowohl f\u00fcr Oberfl\u00e4chenbeschichtung als auch Partikeldispersion ist geeignet f\u00fcr verschiedene Pulver mit unterschiedlicher Feinheit und erzielt einen einzigartigen Beschichtungseffekt bei Materialien mit geringer scheinbarer Dichte und hohem Volumen-Gewichts-Verh\u00e4ltnis.<\/p><p>Automatisches Temperaturregelsystem sorgt f\u00fcr stabile hohe Temperaturen beim Schmelzen des Beschichtungsstoffs in die Fl\u00fcssigkeit und beim Mischen mit unbeschichtetem Pulver. Das Heizen und K\u00fchlen von Pulver und Beschichtungsstoff erfolgt in einer Maschine, die kein separates K\u00fchlsystem ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p><p>Hohe Ausnutzungsrate des Beschichtungsstoffs, hohe Pulver-Beschichtungsrate, hoher Aktivierungsgrad, niedriger Energieverbrauch und sehr wenige Agglomerate im Endprodukt.
