Ein Bandf\u00f6rderer ist im Wesentlichen ein kurzer F\u00f6rderband, der entweder horizontal oder schr\u00e4g installiert werden kann. Im Vergleich zu gew\u00f6hnlichen F\u00f6rderb\u00e4ndern haben Bandf\u00f6rderer folgende Eigenschaften: Die Tragrollen im belasteten Abschnitt sind enger angeordnet, und der unbelastete Abschnitt ist in der Regel ohne Rollen. Daher ist es nicht geeignet f\u00fcr abrasive oder hochtemperaturbest\u00e4ndige Materialien.<\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><p>Anwendung: Haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr den Transport von granularem und kleinen Blockmaterialien, weniger h\u00e4ufig f\u00fcr mittelgro\u00dfe Blockmaterialien. Wird h\u00e4ufig beim Transport von Sch\u00fcttg\u00fctern wie Kohle, Erz, Sand und Kies eingesetzt.<\/p><p><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">2. Rotationsventil (Impeller) F\u00f6rderschnecke<\/h2><p><\/p><p>Das Pulvermateral wird durch rotierende Schaufeln vom Zufluss- zum Ablassanschluss transportiert. Das Rotationsventil (Impeller) F\u00f6rderschnecke besteht aus einem Geh\u00e4use, das an die Silo-Einrichtung angeschlossen werden kann, mit einem Impellerrotor in der Mitte. Der Rotor wird von einem separaten Motor \u00fcber eine Kette angetrieben. Wenn der Rotor stillsteht, kann kein Material austreten. Schneckenf\u00f6rderer<\/h2><p><\/p><p>Das Pulvermateral wird durch die Drehung einer Spiral-Schaufel vorw\u00e4rts geschoben. Im Vergleich zu einem allgemeinen Schneckenf\u00f6rderer hat der Schneckenf\u00f6rderer einen kleineren Pitch und eine k\u00fcrzere L\u00e4nge, keine Zwischenlager und eine r\u00f6hrenf\u00f6rmige Materialrinne (statt der U-f\u00f6rmigen Rinne in F\u00f6rderern). Scheibenf\u00f6rderer<\/h2><p><\/p><p>Der Scheibenf\u00f6rderer wird h\u00e4ufig f\u00fcr die Zuf\u00fchrung von pulverf\u00f6rmigen und k\u00f6rnigen Materialien verwendet. Das Material wird durch eine rotierende Scheibe gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig und kontinuierlich zu nachfolgenden Verarbeitungseinrichtungen transportiert.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Der Scheibenf\u00f6rderer besteht haupts\u00e4chlich aus einem Motor, Getriebe, Scheibe, Abstreifer und Trichter. Vibrationsf\u00f6rderer<\/h2><p><\/p><p>Das pulverf\u00f6rmige Material wird durch Vibration vom Zuf\u00fchrungsanschluss zum Auslassanschluss transportiert. Basierend auf dem Bewegungszustand der Rinne und des Materials kann der Vibrationsf\u00f6rderer in zwei Typen unterteilt werden: Tr\u00e4gheitstyp und Vibrationstyp. Beim Tr\u00e4gheits-Vibrationsf\u00f6rderer bleibt das Material aufgrund der Tr\u00e4gheitskraft jederzeit in Kontakt mit dem Boden der Rinne und gleitet entlang des Bodens der Rinne.
