Die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung liegt typischerweise zwischen 0,1 und 30 Mikrometern. Wie andere anorganische Pigmente neigt Ultramarinblau zur Agglomeration. Universelle Masterbatches werden haupts\u00e4chlich in Spielzeug, Haushaltswaren und Logistikverpackungen eingesetzt. Masterbatches werden zum F\u00e4rben von Kunststoffprodukten verwendet, daher sind zwei Schl\u00fcsselmerkmale erforderlich: gute Dispergierung und Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit. Das Produkt darf aufgrund der Zugabe von Masterbatch keine M\u00e4ngel wie Farbflecken, Flie\u00dfspuren oder Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte aufweisen. Au\u00dferdem sollte das Masterbatch die Leistung des Produkts nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die initiale Benetzung ist entscheidend f\u00fcr die Dispergierqualit\u00e4t von Ultramarinblau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Qualit\u00e4t der Ultramarinblau-Dispergierung wird durch den initialen Benetzungsprozess bestimmt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Initiale Benetzung bezieht sich auf das Eindringen des Benetzungsmittels in kleine L\u00fccken in den Agglomeraten des Ultramarinblau-Pigments. Dies reduziert die Anziehungskraft zwischen den Pigmentpartikeln erheblich. Die Wahl, Geschwindigkeit und Dauer des initialen Benetzungsmittels sind wichtig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In g\u00e4ngigen universellen Masterbatches wird h\u00e4ufig Wachs mit niedrigem Molekulargewicht als initiales Benetzungsmittel verwendet. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Polyethylenwachs mit einer engen Molekulargewichtsverteilung und einem S\u00e4urewert unter 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Benetzung wird durch Vor-Dispergierung erreicht, typischerweise mit einem Hochgeschwindigkeits-Kneter, was bequem und einfach ist.<br>Die Menge des Benetzungsmittels h\u00e4ngt vom Pigmentgehalt im Masterbatch ab.<br>Im Allgemeinen gilt: Je h\u00f6her die Temperatur beim Kneten, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer die Viskosit\u00e4t des Benetzungsmittels und desto bessere Dispersion. Die endg\u00fcltige Temperatur im Kneter sollte jedoch 110\u00b0C nicht \u00fcberschreiten (der Schmelzpunkt von Polyethylenwachs liegt zwischen 90-105\u00b0C), um Klumpenbildung zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Die Knetzeit h\u00e4ngt von der Kapazit\u00e4t des Kneters ab, sollte aber nicht weniger als 8 Minuten betragen.<br>Die Geschwindigkeit des Kneters sollte zwischen 0,6 und 0,75 der maximalen Geschwindigkeit eingestellt werden.<br>Anf\u00e4ngliche Benetzungsmittel sind nicht auf Schmierstoffe beschr\u00e4nkt; Dispergiermittel und andere Additive k\u00f6nnen in die Formel aufgenommen werden.<br>Es wird nicht empfohlen, Diffusions\u00f6le hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, da einige auf dem Markt, wie Silikon\u00f6l, eine starke Penetration aufweisen und Farbmigration verursachen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hochgeschwindigkeitsmischung des Benetzungsmittels mit dem Tr\u00e4ger<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach der Vor-Dispergierung sollten das Benetzungsmittel und der Tr\u00e4ger gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig vermischt werden. Es wird empfohlen, einen Hochgeschwindigkeits-Kneter f\u00fcr das Mischen zu verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Wahl des Tr\u00e4gers h\u00e4ngt von der Art des in dem Endprodukt verwendeten Kunststoffs und der zugef\u00fcgten Menge ab. Pulver und Pellets aus PP, PE, ABS, EVA usw. k\u00f6nnen verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Auswahl des Tr\u00e4gers MI (Schmelzindex) wird durch die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der finalen Kunststoffteile bestimmt. Die Wahl eines Tr\u00e4gers mit h\u00f6herem MI erh\u00f6ht die Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit, verringert jedoch die Scherwirkung im Schraubenzug, was zu einer schlechteren Dispersion f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Schraubenextrusionsgranulierung stabilisiert die Pigmentdispersionseffekt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachdem die Materialien in der Formel geknetet wurden, beginnt die Extrusion. Es ist am besten, einen Zweischneckenextruder mit einem etwas gr\u00f6\u00dferen Verh\u00e4ltnis von L\u00e4nge zu Durchmesser zu verwenden. Dieser Prozess ist relativ einfach, und das Extrudat sollte eine glatte Oberfl\u00e4che, keine Vertiefungen und eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Farbe aufweisen. Auf diese Weise wird das Ultramarinblau-Pigment im Masterbatch stabilisiert und wird nicht wieder agglomerieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier konzentrieren wir uns auf die initiale Benetzung, da sie der
