Der Hauptfokus bei der Entwicklung lag auf der Erreichung einer hohen Feinheit des Endprodukts. Eine gute Sch\u00e4rfe, hohe Effizienz und niedriger spezifischer Energieverbrauch bei h\u00f6chster Feinfraktion waren die Leitlinien f\u00fcr dieses Klassifizierer-Design.<br>Das Klassifiziererrad der Serie HTS ist speziell f\u00fcr h\u00f6chste Belastbarkeit w\u00e4hrend der Produktion ausgelegt. Das Rad ist in horizontaler Position angebracht. Das Rad kann \u00fcber eine Schwenkt\u00fcr gesteuert und gewartet werden. Dieser Klassifizierer geh\u00f6rt zur Familie der Turboklassifizierer. Das Rad ist in vertikaler Position angebracht, um eine gute Dispersion des Zuf\u00fchrprodukts zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Das Zuf\u00fchrgut wird durch den Prim\u00e4rluftstrom in die Klassifikationskammer transportiert oder von oben durch Schwerkraft zugef\u00fchrt. Der Sekund\u00e4rluftstrom tritt aus einem Ring von Leitschaufeln oder aus dem Luftansatz am unteren Kegel in den Klassifizierer ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Klassifizierer kann eigenst\u00e4ndig arbeiten oder in einen Mahl- und Klassifikationskreislauf integriert werden.<br>F\u00fcr diese Anwendung ist eine hohe Zuf\u00fchrrate mit guter Ausbeute gew\u00e4hrleistet.<br>Die verwendeten Materialien sind f\u00fcr h\u00f6chste Festigkeit w\u00e4hrend der Produktion ausgew\u00e4hlt.<br>Wir haben verschiedene Designs entwickelt, um unterschiedliche Projektanforderungen zu erf\u00fcllen:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ITC-S f\u00fcr grobere Produkte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITC-C f\u00fcr feinere Produkte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITC-D f\u00fcr feinere Produkte &amp; h\u00f6here Effizienz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Luftklassierer \u2013 MBS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/de\/classifying-separating\/air-separator\/\">MBS<\/a> Serie Luftklassierer wurde von deutschen und britischen Experten entwickelt. Er wird f\u00fcr die effiziente Trockenklassifizierung von D97: 8-200 Mikron Pulver verwendet. Der Klassierer, Zyklonabscheider, Staubabscheider und Zwangsl\u00fcfter bilden ein komplettes System. Der Zuf\u00fchranschluss des Klassierers befindet sich oben. Das Material gelangt durch den oberen Einlass unter Schwerkraft in den Klassierer. Das Material f\u00e4llt auf die Zentrifugalverteilplatte des Klassiererrads. Das Material wird gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf den Baffle-Ring verteilt. Anschlie\u00dfend f\u00e4llt das Material in den Klassifizierungsbereich. Die Klassifizierungsluft str\u00f6mt in das Scrollgeh\u00e4use. Die Luft passiert die Leitschaufeln und bewegt sich nach innen zum Klassiererrad. Feines Pulver wird vom Luftstrom in das Klassiererrad getragen. Das feine Pulver gelangt dann in den Zyklonabscheider oder Staubabscheider. Grobes Pulver wird durch die Zentrifugalkraft des Klassiererrads abgesto\u00dfen. Seine F\u00f6rderkapazit\u00e4t kann je nach Modell 2 t\/h \u2013 80 t\/h betragen. Wir haben 2 Designs: mit internem Ventilator &amp; ohne internen Ventilator. Es ben\u00f6tigt keinen externen Pulverschmutzfilter und keinen Saugl\u00fcfter, um den Pulverklassifizierungsprozess abzuschlie\u00dfen.
