Das Material wird \u00fcber ein Vakuumzufuhrsystem in einen Trichter gef\u00fcllt und anschlie\u00dfend in eine Luftstrahlm\u00fchle \u00fcbertragen, um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/de\/dry-grinding\/fluidized-bed-opposed-air-jet-mill\/\">Luftstrahlm\u00fchle<\/a>. Die Granulierung ist der Kernschritt bei der Herstellung von k\u00fcnstlichem Graphit. Die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe beeinflusst direkt die Leistung der Elektrode. Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Partikel neigen zu Expansion und haben eine kurze Zykluslebensdauer, w\u00e4hrend kleinere Partikel mehr Bindemittel ben\u00f6tigen, was die Energiedichte der Batterie beeinflusst. Daher wird hochwertiges k\u00fcnstliches Graphit in der Regel nach der Graphitisierung einer sekund\u00e4ren Granulierung unterzogen, bei der 7-8 kleinere Partikel zusammengehalten werden. Dies gew\u00e4hrleistet sowohl Expansionsverhalten als auch Energiedichte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pyrolyse-Granulierung:<\/strong><br>Das Material wird bei 200-300\u00b0C f\u00fcr 1-3 Stunden ger\u00fchrt und anschlie\u00dfend auf 400-500\u00b0C erhitzt. Ziel ist es, Eigenschaften wie hohe elektrische Leitf\u00e4higkeit, hohe W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit, Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit zu erreichen. W\u00e4hrend des Erhitzens wachsen die Mikrokristalle im Koks mit steigender Temperatur. Die Verzerrungen und Defekte in den Mikrokristallen werden allm\u00e4hlich eliminiert, was zu einer Umwandlung in graphitisierten Kohlenstoff f\u00fchrt. Je h\u00f6her die Graphitisierungstemperatur, desto vollst\u00e4ndiger ist die Entwicklung der Mikrokristallstruktur (und desto h\u00f6her der Graphitisierungsgrad).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sekund\u00e4re Granulierung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekund\u00e4re Granulierung erfolgt nach dem Zerkleinern des Rohmaterials in kleine Partikel. Asphalt wird als Bindemittel verwendet. Die Granulierung findet in einem Reaktor statt. Die Zielpartikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe wird w\u00e4hrend dieses Prozesses erreicht. Die sekund\u00e4re Granulierung verbessert die Li+-Gittereinbettungs- und -entfernungskan\u00e4le. Dies verbessert die Ratenf\u00e4higkeit und die Leistung bei niedrigen Temperaturen der negativen Elektrode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/de\/dry-grinding\/ball-mill-and-air-classifier-production-system\/\">Beschichtung<\/a> und Carbonisierung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Schritt werden Asphalt und harzbasierte Polymere in bestimmten Verh\u00e4ltnissen zum sekund\u00e4r granulierten Material hinzugef\u00fcgt. Das Gemisch wird dann bei Temperaturen zwischen 1000-1300\u00b0C karbonisiert. Dabei entsteht eine amorphe Kohleschicht, die die Oberfl\u00e4che des k\u00fcnstlichen Graphits beschichtet. Diese Beschichtung optimiert die Lithium-Ionen-\u00dcbertragungsrate w\u00e4hrend des Ladens und Entladens und verbessert die Schnellladef\u00e4higkeit der Zelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kugelm\u00fchle und Siebung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das graphitisierte Material wird vakuumgef\u00fchrt in eine Kugelm\u00fchle f\u00fcr physikalisches Mischen und Kugelmahlung. Das Material wird anschlie\u00dfend gesiebt. Das gesiebte Produkt wird inspiziert, gemessen und verpackt.
