La rotaci\u00f3n a alta velocidad crea un gran flujo de v\u00f3rtice dentro de estas c\u00e1maras de forma especial. El polvo y el agente de recubrimiento se mezclan en los flujos de v\u00f3rtice de gas y s\u00f3lido a alta velocidad. La m\u00e1quina de recubrimiento, con funciones tanto de recubrimiento superficial como de dispersi\u00f3n de part\u00edculas, es adecuada para diversos polvos con diferentes finuras y tiene un efecto de recubrimiento \u00fanico para materiales con baja gravedad aparente y alta relaci\u00f3n volumen\/peso.<\/p><p>El sistema de control de temperatura autom\u00e1tico garantiza una temperatura estable y alta para fundir el agente de recubrimiento en l\u00edquido y mezclarlo con el polvo sin recubrir. El calentamiento y enfriamiento del polvo y del agente de recubrimiento se realizan en una sola m\u00e1quina, que no requiere un sistema de enfriamiento independiente.<\/p><p>Alta tasa de utilizaci\u00f3n del agente de recubrimiento, alta tasa de recubrimiento del polvo, alto grado de activaci\u00f3n, bajo consumo de energ\u00eda y muy pocos aglomerados en el producto final recubierto.
