Los masterbatches universales se utilizan principalmente en juguetes, bienes de consumo y embalaje log\u00edstico. Los masterbatches se usan para colorear productos pl\u00e1sticos, por lo que se requieren dos propiedades clave: buena dispersi\u00f3n y fluidez. El producto no debe mostrar defectos como manchas de color, marcas de flujo o l\u00edneas de soldadura debido a la adici\u00f3n del masterbatch. Adem\u00e1s, el masterbatch no debe afectar el rendimiento del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La humectaci\u00f3n inicial es el factor determinante para la calidad de dispersi\u00f3n del azul ultramarino<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La calidad de la dispersi\u00f3n del azul ultramarino se determina por el proceso de humectaci\u00f3n inicial<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La humectaci\u00f3n inicial se refiere a la penetraci\u00f3n del agente humectante en peque\u00f1os huecos en los aglomerados de pigmento azul ultramarino. Esto reduce significativamente la fuerza de agregaci\u00f3n entre las part\u00edculas de pigmento. La elecci\u00f3n, velocidad y tiempo del agente humectante inicial son importantes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los masterbatches universales comunes, a menudo se usa cera de bajo peso molecular como agente humectante inicial. Recomendamos usar cera de polietileno con una distribuci\u00f3n molecular estrecha y un valor de \u00e1cido por debajo de 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La humectaci\u00f3n se logra mediante pre-dispersion, generalmente utilizando un amasador de alta velocidad, lo cual es conveniente y sencillo.<br>La cantidad de agente humectante depende del contenido de pigmento en el masterbatch.<br>En general, cuanto mayor sea la temperatura durante el amasado, mayor ser\u00e1 la viscosidad del agente humectante y mejor ser\u00e1 la dispersi\u00f3n. Sin embargo, la temperatura final en el amasador no debe superar los 110\u00b0C (el punto de fusi\u00f3n de la cera de polietileno est\u00e1 entre 90-105\u00b0C) para evitar la formaci\u00f3n de grumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El tiempo de amasado depende de la capacidad del amasador, pero no debe ser inferior a 8 minutos.<br>La velocidad del amasador debe establecerse entre 0.6 y 0.75 de la velocidad m\u00e1xima.<br>Los agentes humectantes iniciales no se limitan a lubricantes; en la f\u00f3rmula pueden incluirse dispersantes y otros aditivos.<br>No se recomienda a\u00f1adir aceites de difusi\u00f3n, ya que algunos en el mercado, como el aceite de silicona, tienen una penetraci\u00f3n fuerte y pueden causar migraci\u00f3n del color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mezcla a alta velocidad del agente humectante con el portador<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de la pre-dispersion, el agente humectante y el portador deben mezclarse de manera uniforme. Se recomienda utilizar un amasador de alta velocidad para la mezcla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n del portador depende del tipo de pl\u00e1stico utilizado en el producto final y de la cantidad a a\u00f1adir. Se pueden usar polvos y pellets de PP, PE, ABS, EVA, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La selecci\u00f3n del \u00edndice de fusi\u00f3n (MI) del portador est\u00e1 determinada por el tama\u00f1o de las piezas pl\u00e1sticas finales. Elegir un portador con un MI m\u00e1s alto aumenta la fluidez, pero reduce el efecto de cizalladura en el tornillo, lo que puede conducir a una peor dispersi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La granulometr\u00eda por extrusi\u00f3n con tornillo estabiliza el efecto de dispersi\u00f3n del pigmento<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de que los materiales se mezclan en la f\u00f3rmula, comienza la extrusi\u00f3n. Es mejor usar un extrusor de doble tornillo con una relaci\u00f3n longitud-di\u00e1metro ligeramente mayor.
