Estos incluyen polvo de s\u00edlice esf\u00e9rica de fusi\u00f3n a la llama, polvo de s\u00edlice esf\u00e9rica de combusti\u00f3n directa\/m\u00e9todo VMC y polvo de s\u00edlice esf\u00e9rica de s\u00edntesis qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">fusi\u00f3n a la llama<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se utiliza polvo de s\u00edlice angular triturado, tamizado y purificado como materia prima. El polvo de s\u00edlice angular se tritura mediante un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/es\/dry-grinding\/fluidized-bed-opposed-air-jet-mill\/\">molino de chorro de aire<\/a> y se pretrata en varias etapas. Luego se enfr\u00eda y esferoidiza r\u00e1pidamente para formar polvo de s\u00edlice esf\u00e9rica de alta pureza y tama\u00f1o uniforme.<br>Actualmente, el m\u00e9todo principal para producir polvo de s\u00edlice esf\u00e9rica en Espa\u00f1a es la fusi\u00f3n a la llama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9todo de combusti\u00f3n directa\/VMC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00edlice esf\u00e9rica por fusi\u00f3n de llamas se obtiene a partir del fundido y esferoidizaci\u00f3n de polvos minerales naturales. Esto resulta en ciertas limitaciones en pureza y distribuci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula. Algunas empresas extranjeras utilizan el m\u00e9todo VMC, donde el polvo de silicio met\u00e1lico reacciona directamente con ox\u00edgeno.
