El material se alimenta a un tolva mediante un sistema de alimentaci\u00f3n por vac\u00edo y luego se transfiere a un molino de chorro de aire para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/es\/dry-grinding\/fluidized-bed-opposed-air-jet-mill\/\">molino de chorro de aire<\/a>. Las materias primas, inicialmente de 5-10 mm de tama\u00f1o, se muelen hasta alcanzar 5-10 micrones. La granulaci\u00f3n es el paso central en la producci\u00f3n de grafito artificial. El tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula impacta directamente en el rendimiento del electrodo. Part\u00edculas m\u00e1s grandes tienden a expandirse y tienen una vida \u00fatil corta, mientras que part\u00edculas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as requieren m\u00e1s aglutinante, lo que afecta la densidad energ\u00e9tica de la bater\u00eda. Por ello, el grafito artificial de alta gama suele someterse a una segunda granulaci\u00f3n tras la pirolisis, uniendo 7-8 part\u00edculas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as. Esto garantiza tanto el rendimiento de expansi\u00f3n como la densidad energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Granulaci\u00f3n por pirolisis:<\/strong><br>El material se agita a 200-300\u00b0C durante 1-3 horas, luego se calienta a 400-500\u00b0C. Despu\u00e9s de agitarse, el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula del material alcanza 10-20 micrones, y luego se enfr\u00eda y descarga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/es\/dry-grinding\/ball-mill-and-air-classifier-production-system\/\">Molienda de bolas<\/a> y tamizado:<\/strong><br>El material con un tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula de 10-20 micrones se procesa con un molino de bolas para reducir el tama\u00f1o a 6-10 micrones. El objetivo es lograr propiedades como alta conductividad el\u00e9ctrica, alta conductividad t\u00e9rmica, resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n y resistencia al desgaste. Durante el calentamiento, los microcristales en el coque crecen a medida que aumenta la temperatura. Las distorsiones y defectos en los microcristales se eliminan gradualmente, llevando a una transformaci\u00f3n en carbono grafitizado. Cuanto mayor sea la temperatura de grafitizaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s completa ser\u00e1 la formaci\u00f3n de la estructura de microcristales (y mayor ser\u00e1 el grado de grafitizaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Granulaci\u00f3n secundaria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La granulaci\u00f3n secundaria se realiza despu\u00e9s de triturar la materia prima en part\u00edculas peque\u00f1as. Se utiliza asfalto como aglutinante. La granulaci\u00f3n ocurre en un reactor. El tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula objetivo se logra durante este proceso. La granulaci\u00f3n secundaria mejora el encaje y la liberaci\u00f3n de canales en la red de Li+. Esto mejora la capacidad de tasa y el rendimiento a baja temperatura del electrodo negativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/es\/dry-grinding\/ball-mill-and-air-classifier-production-system\/\">Revestimiento<\/a> y Carbonizaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En este paso, se a\u00f1aden asfalto y pol\u00edmeros a base de resina a la material granulado secundariamente en proporciones espec\u00edficas. La mezcla se carboniza a temperaturas entre 1000-1300\u00b0C. Esto resulta en una capa de carbono amorfo que recubre la superficie del grafito artificial. Este recubrimiento optimiza la tasa de transferencia de iones de litio durante la carga y descarga, mejorando la capacidad de carga r\u00e1pida de la celda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Molienda en Bolas y Tamizado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El material grafitizado se transporta en vac\u00edo a un molino de bolas para mezcla f\u00edsica y molienda en bolas. Luego, el material se tamiza. El producto tamizado se inspecciona, mide y envasar. Las part\u00edculas de tama\u00f1o excesivo pasan por una molienda secundaria en bolas, tras lo cual se inspeccionan, miden y envasan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Los contaminantes incluyen principalmente part\u00edculas en suspensi\u00f3n, di\u00f3xido de azufre, \u00f3xidos de nitr\u00f3geno, vapores de asfalto y peque\u00f1as cantidades de benzo(a)pireno.
