En raison de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s optiques, ils sont utilis\u00e9s comme substances colorantes, telles que dans les peintures, encres d'impression ou encres jet d'encre, ou comme conservateurs en raison de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s techniques et chimiques particuli\u00e8res.<\/p><p>Les colorants sont divis\u00e9s en colorants inorganiques et organiques. Contrairement aux pigments, ils sont compl\u00e8tement solubles dans leur support (eau ou solvant organique). Ils peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour colorer les fibres (colorants textiles), plastiques et fibres plastiques, ainsi que comme substances g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de couleur en technologie
