Il \u00e9limine les polluants acides dans les fum\u00e9es par adsorption chimique. En m\u00eame temps, il peut \u00e9galement \u00e9liminer certaines substances traces inorganiques et organiques par adsorption physique. Pulv\u00e9risez la fine poudre de bicarbonate de sodium directement dans la fum\u00e9e \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, et le bicarbonate de sodium se d\u00e9compose \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature pour produire du carbonate de sodium Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>, H<sub>2<\/sub>O et CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p><p>NaHCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00a0+ HCl \u2192 NaCl + H<sub>2<\/sub>O + CO<sub>2<\/sub><br \/>2NaHCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00a0+ SO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0+ \u00bd O<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0\u2192 Na<sub>2<\/sub>SO<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0+ H<sub>2<\/sub>O + 2CO<sub>2<\/sub><br \/>NaHCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00a0+ HF \u2192 NaF + H<sub>2<\/sub>O + CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/p><p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la temp\u00e9rature des fum\u00e9es se situe entre 140 et 250 \u00b0C. En raison de la haute activit\u00e9 des adsorbants bicarbonate de sodium, un l\u00e9ger exc\u00e8s de bicarbonate de sodium (facteur st\u0153chiom\u00e9trique entre 1,1 et 1,3) est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement suffisant.<\/p><p>En raison du transport et du stockage, les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de bicarbonate de sodium sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sous forme de particules grossi\u00e8res (valeur D50 d'environ 200 microns). Pour obtenir une r\u00e9activit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, l'adsorbant doit avoir une surface sp\u00e9cifique plus grande. Par cons\u00e9quent, le bicarbonate de sodium doit \u00eatre broy\u00e9 \u00e0 une certaine finesse avant d'\u00eatre inject\u00e9 dans le tuyau de fum\u00e9e. Par exemple, pour \u00e9liminer le SO<sub>2<\/sub>, la finesse du bicarbonate de sodium doit atteindre D90 &lt;20\u03bcm ; et pour \u00e9liminer le HCl, seul D90 &lt;35\u03bcm est requis. Si le syst\u00e8me est correctement exploit\u00e9, il peut \u00e9liminer plus de 95% de SO<sub>2<\/sub>; le taux d'\u00e9limination du HCl peut m\u00eame atteindre
