Lors de la pr\u00e9paration du mat\u00e9riau cathodique, le Li\u207a lib\u00e9r\u00e9 r\u00e9agit avec la cordi\u00e9rite pour former du spinelle. La d\u00e9composition ult\u00e9rieure g\u00e9n\u00e8re de la magnesia (MgO), tandis que la mullite subit une d\u00e9gradation compl\u00e8te.
