La distribution de la taille des particules varie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 0,1 \u00e0 30 microns. Comme d'autres pigments inorganiques, le bleu ultramarin a tendance \u00e0 former des agglom\u00e9rats. Cela entra\u00eene une viscosit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une mauvaise fluidit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le bleu ultramarin est transparent et poss\u00e8de une grande vivacit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La teneur en humidit\u00e9 standard du bleu ultramarin est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 0,6%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, physiques et chimiques du pigment bleu ultramarin sont tr\u00e8s stables pendant le traitement et l'utilisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le bleu ultramarin n'est pas r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l'acide et n'est pas adapt\u00e9 aux produits expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des substances acides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le processus de dispersion du pigment bleu ultramarin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mouillage :<\/strong> L'interface entre le pigment bleu ultramarin et l'eau ou l'air devient l'interface entre le pigment et le m\u00e9dium colorant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dispersion :<\/strong> Des forces externes sont appliqu\u00e9es pour briser de force les agglom\u00e9rats de particules de pigment bleu ultramarin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Discussion sur la dispersion du bleu ultramarin dans les masses ma\u00eetresses universelles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les masses ma\u00eetresses universelles utilisent couramment le PE, le PP, l'ABS et d'autres plastiques comme porteurs.<br>La teneur en pigment varie de 10 \u00e0 40. Les masses ma\u00eetresses universelles sont principalement utilis\u00e9es dans les jouets, les biens m\u00e9nagers et l'emballage logistique. Les masses ma\u00eetresses sont utilis\u00e9es pour colorer les produits plastiques, donc deux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s cl\u00e9s sont requises : une bonne dispersion et une bonne fluidit\u00e9. Le produit ne doit pas pr\u00e9senter de d\u00e9fauts tels que des taches de couleur, des marques de flux ou des lignes de soudure dues \u00e0 l'ajout de masse ma\u00eetresse. De plus, la masse ma\u00eetresse ne doit pas affecter les performances du produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le mouillage initial est le facteur d\u00e9terminant de la qualit\u00e9 de dispersion du bleu ultramarin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La qualit\u00e9 de la dispersion du bleu ultramarin est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le processus de mouillage initial<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mouillage initial fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l'agent mouillant dans les petites fissures des agglom\u00e9rats de pigment bleu ultramarin. Cela r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la force d'agr\u00e9gation entre les particules de pigment. Le choix, la vitesse et le temps de l'agent mouillant initial sont importants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les masterbatches universels courants, la cire \u00e0 faible poids mol\u00e9culaire est souvent utilis\u00e9e comme agent de mouillage initial. Nous recommandons d'utiliser une cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne avec une distribution \u00e9troite du poids mol\u00e9culaire et une valeur d'acide inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>L'humidification est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par pr\u00e9-dispersion, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l'aide d'un malaxeur \u00e0 haute vitesse, ce qui est pratique et simple.<br>La quantit\u00e9 d'agent de mouillage d\u00e9pend de la teneur en pigment dans le masterbatch.<br>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, plus la temp\u00e9rature pendant le malaxage est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la viscosit\u00e9 de l'agent de mouillage est grande et meilleure est la dispersion. Cependant, la temp\u00e9rature finale dans le malaxeur ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 110\u00b0C (le point de fusion de la cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne se situe entre 90-105\u00b0C) pour \u00e9viter la formation de grumeaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le temps de malaxage d\u00e9pend de la capacit\u00e9 du malaxeur, mais il ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 8 minutes.<br>La vitesse du malaxeur doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e entre 0,6 et 0,75 de la vitesse maximale.<br>Les agents de mouillage initiaux ne se limitent pas aux lubrifiants ; des dispersants et d'autres additifs peuvent \u00eatre inclus dans la formule.<br>Il n'est pas recommand\u00e9 d'ajouter des huiles de diffusion, car certaines sur le march\u00e9, comme l'huile de silicone, ont une forte p\u00e9n\u00e9tration et peuvent provoquer une migration de la couleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9lange \u00e0 haute vitesse de l'agent de mouillage avec le porteur<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9-dispersion, l'agent de mouillage et le porteur doivent \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9s uniform\u00e9ment. Il est recommand\u00e9 d'utiliser un malaxeur \u00e0 haute vitesse pour le m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix du porteur d\u00e9pend du type de plastique utilis\u00e9 dans le produit final et de la quantit\u00e9 \u00e0 ajouter. Des poudres et granul\u00e9s de PP, PE, ABS, EVA, etc., peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00e9lection du MI (Indice de Fusion) du porteur est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la taille des pi\u00e8ces plastiques finales. Choisir un porteur avec un MI plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 augmente la fluidit\u00e9, mais r\u00e9duit l'effet de cisaillement dans la vis, ce qui peut entra\u00eener une dispersion moins bonne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La granulation par extrusion \u00e0 vis stabilise l'effet de dispersion du pigment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s que les mat\u00e9riaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 malax\u00e9s dans la formule, l'extrusion commence. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'utiliser une extrudeuse \u00e0 double vis avec un rapport longueur\/diam\u00e8tre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus grand. Ce processus est relativement simple, et l'extrudat doit avoir une surface lisse, sans indentations, et une couleur uniforme. De cette mani\u00e8re, le pigment bleu outremer est stabilis\u00e9 dans le masterbatch et ne s'agglom\u00e9rera plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici, nous nous concentrons sur l'humidification initiale car c'est la cl\u00e9, mais en pratique, elle n'est souvent pas contr\u00f4l\u00e9e en tant que processus cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comparaison des pigments Bleu outremer et Bleu de
