Le point principal de son d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9tait d'obtenir une finesse \u00e9lev\u00e9e du produit final. Une bonne nettet\u00e9, une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une faible consommation d'\u00e9nergie sp\u00e9cifique avec une production de fines maximale \u00e9taient les lignes directrices pour la conception de ce classificateur.<br>La roue de classification de la s\u00e9rie HTS est sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour supporter une r\u00e9sistance maximale lors de la production. La roue est plac\u00e9e en position horizontale. La roue peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et entretenue via une porte articul\u00e9e. Ce type de classificateur appartient \u00e0 la famille des turbo-classificateurs. La roue est plac\u00e9e en position verticale pour assurer une bonne dispersion du produit d'alimentation. L'alimentation est transport\u00e9e par le flux d'air primaire dans la chambre de classification ou est aliment\u00e9e par gravit\u00e9 par le haut. Le flux d'air secondaire entre dans le classificateur \u00e0 partir d'une bague d'aubes guide ou d'une entr\u00e9e d'air en bas du c\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le classificateur peut fonctionner de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante ou \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans un circuit de broyage-classification.<br>Pour cette application, un d\u00e9bit d'alimentation \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec un bon rendement est assur\u00e9.<br>Les mat\u00e9riaux de construction sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour une r\u00e9sistance maximale lors de la production.<br>Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 plusieurs conceptions pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes exigences de projet :<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ITC-S pour produit grossier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITC-C pour un produit plus fin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITC-D pour un produit plus fin et une efficacit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Classificateur d'air \u2013 MBS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/fr\/classifying-separating\/air-separator\/\">MBS<\/a> Le classificateur d'air en s\u00e9rie est con\u00e7u par des experts allemands et britanniques. Il est utilis\u00e9 pour la classification s\u00e8che efficace de poudres D97 : 8-200 microns. Le classificateur, le cyclone collecteur, le collecteur de poussi\u00e8re et le ventilateur d'aspiration forment un syst\u00e8me complet. Le port d'alimentation du classificateur est situ\u00e9 en haut. L'alimentation entre dans le classificateur par l'entr\u00e9e sup\u00e9rieure sous gravit\u00e9. Le mat\u00e9riau tombe sur la plaque de dispersion centrifugale de la roue de classification. Le mat\u00e9riau est dispers\u00e9 uniform\u00e9ment jusqu'\u00e0 la bague de d\u00e9flecteur. Ensuite, le mat\u00e9riau tombe dans la zone de classification. L'air de classification entre dans le bo\u00eetier de l'h\u00e9lice. L'air passe par les aubes guide et se dirige vers la roue de classification. La poudre fine est transport\u00e9e par le flux d'air dans la roue de classification. La poudre fine entre ensuite dans le cyclone ou le collecteur de poussi\u00e8re. La poudre grossi\u00e8re est repouss\u00e9e par la force centrifuge de la roue de classification. Sa capacit\u00e9 de traitement peut aller de 2 t\/h \u00e0 80 t\/h selon les mod\u00e8les. Nous proposons 2 conceptions : avec ventilateur interne et sans ventilateur interne. Il ne n\u00e9cessite pas de filtre \u00e0 poudre externe ni de ventilateur d'aspiration pour compl\u00e9ter le processus de classification de la poudre.
