En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, pour des mat\u00e9riaux anodiques avec une capacit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le coke \u00e0 aiguille est utilis\u00e9 comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, tandis que le coke de p\u00e9trole, moins cher, est utilis\u00e9 pour des anodes avec une capacit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique plus faible. La mati\u00e8re est introduite dans une tr\u00e9mie via un syst\u00e8me d'alimentation sous vide, puis transf\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un broyeur \u00e0 jet d'air pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/fr\/dry-grinding\/fluidized-bed-opposed-air-jet-mill\/\">broyeur \u00e0 jet d'air<\/a>. Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, initialement de 5-10 mm, sont broy\u00e9es jusqu'\u00e0 5-10 microns. Apr\u00e8s le broyage \u00e0 jet d'air, la mati\u00e8re est collect\u00e9e par un cyclone de collecte de poussi\u00e8re. Le taux de collecte de poussi\u00e8re est d'environ 80%. Les gaz d'\u00e9chappement sont filtr\u00e9s \u00e0 travers une cartouche filtrante puis lib\u00e9r\u00e9s. L'efficacit\u00e9 de la filtration est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 99%. La mati\u00e8re de la cartouche filtrante poss\u00e8de des pores inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 0,2 micron, garantissant que les particules de poussi\u00e8re sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 0,2 micron soient compl\u00e8tement captur\u00e9es. La granulation est l'\u00e9tape centrale de la production de graphite artificiel. La taille des particules influence directement la performance de l'\u00e9lectrode. Des particules plus grosses ont tendance \u00e0 se dilater et ont une dur\u00e9e de vie en cycle plus courte, tandis que des particules plus petites n\u00e9cessitent plus de liant, ce qui affecte la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la batterie. Par cons\u00e9quent, le graphite artificiel haut de gamme est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement soumis \u00e0 une granulation secondaire apr\u00e8s la graphitisation, liant 7-8 petites particules ensemble. Cela garantit \u00e0 la fois la performance d'expansion et la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Granulation par pyrolyse :<\/strong><br>La mati\u00e8re est agit\u00e9e \u00e0 200-300\u00b0C pendant 1-3 heures, puis chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 400-500\u00b0C. Apr\u00e8s agitation, la taille des particules de la mati\u00e8re atteint 10-20 microns, puis elle est refroidie et d\u00e9charg\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/fr\/dry-grinding\/ball-mill-and-air-classifier-production-system\/\">Broyage \u00e0 billes<\/a> et Tamisage :<\/strong><br>La mati\u00e8re avec une taille de particules de 10-20 microns est trait\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'un broyeur \u00e0 billes pour r\u00e9duire la taille \u00e0 6-10 microns. L'objectif est d'obtenir des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s telles qu'une haute conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique, une haute conductivit\u00e9 thermique, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et \u00e0 l'usure. Lors du chauffage, les microcristaux dans le coke croissent \u00e0 mesure que la temp\u00e9rature augmente. Les distorsions et d\u00e9fauts dans les microcristaux sont progressivement \u00e9limin\u00e9s, conduisant \u00e0 une transformation en carbone graphitis\u00e9. Plus la temp\u00e9rature de graphitisation est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le d\u00e9veloppement de la structure microcristalline est complet (et plus le degr\u00e9 de graphitisation est \u00e9lev\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Granulation secondaire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La granulation secondaire est effectu\u00e9e apr\u00e8s avoir broy\u00e9 la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re en petites particules. L'asphalte est utilis\u00e9 comme liant. La granulation se d\u00e9roule dans un r\u00e9acteur. La taille de particule cible est atteinte lors de ce processus. La granulation secondaire am\u00e9liore l'int\u00e9gration du r\u00e9seau Li+ et les canaux de d\u00e9-embedding. Cela am\u00e9liore la capacit\u00e9 de taux et la performance \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature de l'\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.powdergrindingmill.com\/fr\/dry-grinding\/ball-mill-and-air-classifier-production-system\/\">Rev\u00eatement<\/a> et Carbonisation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 cette \u00e9tape, l'asphalte et les polym\u00e8res \u00e0 base de r\u00e9sine sont ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 la mati\u00e8re granulaire secondaire dans des proportions sp\u00e9cifiques. Le m\u00e9lange est ensuite carbonis\u00e9 \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures comprises entre 1000 et 1300\u00b0C. Cela aboutit \u00e0 un rev\u00eatement de couche de carbone amorphe sur la surface du graphite artificiel. Ce rev\u00eatement optimise le taux de transfert des ions lithium lors de la charge et de la d\u00e9charge, am\u00e9liorant la capacit\u00e9 de charge rapide de la cellule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Broyage \u00e0 la bille et tamisage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La mati\u00e8re graphit\u00e9e est transport\u00e9e sous vide dans un broyeur \u00e0 billes pour un m\u00e9lange physique et un broyage \u00e0 la bille. La mati\u00e8re est ensuite tamis\u00e9e. Le produit tamis\u00e9 est inspect\u00e9, mesur\u00e9 et emball\u00e9. Les particules de taille excessive subissent un broyage \u00e0 la bille secondaire, apr\u00e8s quoi elles sont inspect\u00e9es, mesur\u00e9es et emball\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Les polluants comprennent principalement des particules en suspension, du dioxyde de soufre, des oxydes d'azote, des fum\u00e9es d'asphalte et de petites quantit\u00e9s de benzo(a)pyr\u00e8ne. Les particules en suspension sont principalement trait\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide d'un collecteur de poussi\u00e8re \u00e0 sac. Le dioxyde de soufre et les oxydes d'azote sont principalement trait\u00e9s par la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9sulfuration \u00e0 double-alkali.
